• The Novama MultiCheck Pro Uric Acid Test Strips medical device is intended for use with Novama MultiCheck Pro series devices. It is used to measure the concentration of uric acid in capillary whole blood collected from the fingertip.

Novama MultiCheck Pro Uric Acid Test Strips are a medical device compatible with Novama MultiCheck Pro devices. This is a product designed to measure uric acid levels in capillary whole blood from a fingertip. The test works using electrochemical biosensor technology. The accuracy of the test was performed with capillary blood from a fingertip and compared to calibrators from reference instruments traceable to NIST SRM 913.

Measuring range: 3-20mg/dl (0.18-1.19mmol/l); normal range for a healthy man: 3.4-7.0mg/dl (0.2-0.42mmol/l); normal range for a healthy woman: 2.4-6.0mg/dl (0.14-0.36mmol/l) (the range is for reference only).

How to use Novama MultiCheck Pro uric acid test strips:

Use as directed. If the meter displays “Lo”, the uric acid level may be below 3mg/dl (0.18mmol/l), if the meter displays “Hi”, the uric acid level may be above 20mg/dl (1.19mmol/l).
